These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the kiss771 platform, website, and all associated services. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via an on-Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for or use a kiss771 Account. This minimum age applies regardless of the age of majority in your jurisdiction. kiss771 enforces this requirement strictly and will request proof of age during the KYC verification process.
3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. kiss771 makes no representation that access to the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to register.
3.3 Registration Accuracy. 3.4 One Account Rule. Each natural person may hold only one (1) active kiss771 Account. Multiple Accounts held by the same individual, household, IP address, or device fingerprint are prohibited. kiss771 may, at its sole discretion, merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate Accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be treated as authorised by you.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify kiss771 immediately via live support or by emailing [email protected]. kiss771 is not liable for losses arising from failure to promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
4.3 KYC Verification. kiss771 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid Malaysian national identity card (MyKAD), passport, proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.
4.4 Account Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Outstanding balances will be returned to your registered withdrawal method after standard verification, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. kiss771 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM5. kiss771 reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically feasible. Standard withdrawal processing times are 5–30 minutes for e-wallets following approval by the Finance team. Processing times may be extended in cases where additional verification is required.
5.4 KYC Requirement for Withdrawal. kiss771 will not process any withdrawal request until the Account holder has completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of our compliance team.
5.5 Prohibited Funding Sources. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your kiss771 Account are legitimately sourced. Deposits made using funds derived from criminal activity, including but not limited to proceeds of fraud or money laundering, are strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.
5.6 Currency. The functional currency of the Platform is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction confirmation.
6.1 All bonuses and promotional offers made available by kiss771 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between general Terms & Conditions and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. kiss771 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom, and to suspend or permanently close Accounts, where bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim a bonus multiple times; wagering patterns designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent; coordinated play between multiple Accounts; and use of automated systems.
6.4 kiss771 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice where circumstances require, including but not limited to technical errors or evidence of widespread abuse.
7.1 Game Outcomes. All casino game outcomes at kiss771 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems supplied by our licensed game studio partners. kiss771 does not control or influence individual game outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and are not guarantees of individual session results.
7.2 Sportsbook Bets. All sportsbook wagers are subject to kiss771's Sportsbook Rules, which govern bet acceptance, settlement, void conditions, push rules, and the handling of postponed or abandoned events. In the event of a technical error affecting bet placement or settlement, kiss771 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes.
7.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game, live casino table, or sportsbook market, kiss771 reserves the right to void affected transactions. All decisions made by kiss771 in relation to malfunctions are final.
7.4 Maximum Winnings. kiss771 reserves the right to enforce maximum payout limits per transaction, per day, or per event as communicated in individual game or betting product rules.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kiss771 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balance, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
9.1 All content on the kiss771 Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of kiss771 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.
10.1 kiss771's collection, processing, storage, and use of personal data is governed by the kiss771 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
10.2 By registering an Account, you consent to kiss771 processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and personalised marketing communications where you have opted in.
10.3 kiss771 may be required to share personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial crime prevention bodies where required by applicable law or where kiss771 reasonably believes such disclosure is necessary to prevent fraud or protect the integrity of its platform.
11.1 kiss771 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and maintaining a safe gaming environment. We provide tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion to assist players in managing their gambling activity.
11.2 Age Restriction. It is a serious violation of this Agreement to allow any person under 21 years of age to access or use your kiss771 Account. If you believe a minor may have access to your Account, you must contact kiss771 support immediately.

12.3 kiss771's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with this Agreement, however arising, shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
kiss771 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, kiss771 will provide reasonable advance notice via email or on-Platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
14.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to kiss771's operating jurisdiction as determined by its licensing authority. Players accessing the Platform from Malaysia acknowledge that they do so voluntarily and accept the governing law of this Agreement.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to kiss771's customer support team for informal resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of submission, the dispute may be escalated in accordance with the procedures established by kiss771's applicable licensing authority.
14.3 kiss771's decisions on all gaming matters, including game outcomes, bet settlement, bonus eligibility, and account status determinations, shall be final and binding, subject only to a successful formal dispute under clause 14.2.
